Shipping policy

All of our orders are delivered by a third party courier. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed during the next business day. 

Please contact us should you have any concerns on your order. 

Shipping costs are not calculated on the website and will be confirmed upon receipt of invoice.

Returns policy

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging with the tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept returns for items that have been ordered specially to fulfill your order. 

We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within three (3) months from the date of invoice. We will Issue Credit to your account. 


Contact the team at Kiwi Yachting  on sales@kiwiyachting.co.nz to obtain a Return Authority before returning any items. Any returns received without a Return Authority may not be accepted and sent back to the customer at their cost.

 

Missing or Incorrect Merchandise

Credits or replacements for missing or incorrectly supplied goods must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods by the customer. No product will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Kiwi Yachting Unit 4 118 Asquith Ave Mt Albert 1025 please ensure you include the RA number with the items
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
